DESCRIPTION:AboutThe Love Your Neighbour (LYN): Introduction to Pastoral and Spiritual Care is a beginner’s course in pastoral and spiritual care facilitated by Joseph Park\, the Senior Chaplain for Jericho Road (Presbyterian Social Services). The course is for anyone wanting to be more equipped to care for others in their church\, family and community. The course will also equip those that want to volunteer at local aged care facilities\, schools or hospitals. The topics covered include: Pastoral & spiritual careGrief careMental health careSelf-careThe course will run over 4 Wednesday evenings in June.
